Class Description

In this project based course, students will learn solid techniques of metalsmithing and jewelry fabrication. In this 8 weeks of creating, students will be introduced to the MINI TORCH, as well as the Acetylene torch, for soldering and other fun techniques to create a unique piece of jewelry. Join us in a relaxed environment and let your creativity soar! This is a perfect class for both true beginners and those with only a few courses under their belt. Lateral learning at its best! (Students must have taken 3 beginner courses before moving on to our Intermediate courses unless approved by instructor).

Supplies will be discussed during the first class. MAGG will provide all tools needed for this course. The instructor will assist new students with building their Beginner Tool Supply.
