Taught by MAGG STAFF |Join us for this 5 week intensive beginner metalsmithing class. Students will become acquainted with the MAGG studio, tools and safety practices, while learning the basics to get started on a silversmithing journey.

Sunday Afternoon Intro to Metalsmithing

5 Sessions, Sundays, 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm
Class Dates: 3/30, (No Class 4/6),4/13, (No class 4/20), 4/27, 5/4, 5/11
Prerequisites: None. This class is intended for beginners and may be repeated multiple times.

Join us for this 5 week intensive beginner metalsmithing class. Students will become acquainted with the MAGG studio, tools, and safety practices, while learning the basics to get started on a silversmithing journey. This class is project based, with opportunities for students to customize projects to their liking and work at their own pace.
Working in brass, copper, or silver, students will learn how to saw, file, sand, form, measure, hammer, texture, solder, stamp, pierce, and more.
