Class Description
Explore basic sand casting for the fabrication of jewelry. Come prepared to explore sand casting, and let’s have some fun! We’ll learn about what can (and can’t) be easily cast, how to properly prepare your molds, and some safety issues to be aware of when sand casting.

Materials, Supplies & Tools
Casting Grain - Bring what you have or purchase from Dallas the day of the class.
The instructor will have several models for students to use, and if you have models you'd like to cast, please bring them. The cost of the class includes a small tub of casting sand.
