*NEW DAY AND TIME*
4 Sessions, Thursday Mornings, 10:30am - 2:00pmClass Dates: 11/20, 12/4, 12/11, 12/18
This is a fast-paced introduction to metalworking and jewelry making.
In four short weeks, you will learn about the studio and basic tools while making a ring and chain link bracelet. You will learn the five essential techniques of metalworking for making jewelry: filing, shaping, sawing/piercing, soldering, and finishing/polishing.
Take this intro class if you're curious about jewelry making. With these skills, you are prepared to advance quickly in subsequent classes, having learned correct and efficient methods.
Experienced students seeking a refresher on the fundamentals are invited to create advanced versions of the projects. This would be a great class for those who are re-entering the jewelry studio after an absence.
Prerequisite: None
