Description:
This workshop is a 5-day intensive.
Students will focus on a variety of hollow form techniques. Demonstrations will include pieces like a berry, peas in a pod, sea urchin, a wearable (possibly kinetic) shadow box, Japanese lantern, and an insect. Students will create several pieces during the week. Techniques will involve sawing, torch control, forming, fusing, soldering, and carving.
