Have you ever wanted to combine your love of sketching with jewelry? You are invited to join us for a day of learning the historical technique of scrimshaw traditionally used to engrave bone and ivory. For this course, we will be learning and practicing these techniques on acrylic. These skills can be transferred to vegetable ivory, plastic beading and buttons as well.
All tools and materials (outside of the supply list) provided.
This class is for adults who are 18 or older. Closed-toe shoes required; denim or cotton clothing is recommended.
